1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SI Glam Glow website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All treatments at SI Glam Glow are performed by trained aesthetic professionals; however, results may vary by individual. A consultation is required before any treatment is administered.
Aesthetic treatments involve inherent risks. During your consultation, our team will discuss all risks, benefits and alternatives applicable to your specific situation. You must disclose all relevant medical history and current medications prior to treatment.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary and will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. All prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing and special offers are valid for the stated period only and may not be combined with other offers.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. They may be redeemed for services only, not for cash.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 14 days of your treatment so we can discuss options, which may include a complimentary follow-up assessment.
Unused product or pre-paid package balances may be applied to future services.
6. Before & After Photography
With your explicit written consent, we may photograph your results for our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. You retain the right to revoke this consent at any time. We will never share identifiable photos without your ongoing consent.
7. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive aesthetic treatments at SI Glam Glow. We reserve the right to request valid identification to verify age prior to any treatment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SI Glam Glow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, images, logos, graphics and design - is the property of SI Glam Glow and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.
